The products on our website are all available in Raheen, Limerick but may vary depending on the time of year.
All products (flowers & containers) are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal value and quality without notice.
Sometimes products may not have bloomed and be in bud when delivered this ensures longer life.
Should we be unable to supply a product you have ordered or substitute it with another product, we shall notify you asap and reimburse you in full within 30 days.
We reserve the right to replace any brands shown with brands of equivalent value and quality.
Please be aware that the carrier will deliver the goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address and the receiver refuses or fails to return the items.
Please note that where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery, or unable to leave the delivery in a secure location, they will leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact and collect the product in-store or re-pay the delivery charge. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to that or an alternative address.
All prices include Vat and are valid for 14 days once your order has been submitted.

We do our best to deliver on the delivery date and during working hours where possible but please acknowledge because of Covid-19 and having a skeleton staff this may not transpire. Should this occur we will deliver the order within 24/48 hour period.
Depending on the time of year (eg.Valentines / Mother`s Day) we will be unable to take a specific delivery time as we cannot guarantee delivery at that time due to the sheer volume of orders.
When delivering to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels and other business locations, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
From time to time we may contact the recipient to ensure they are home or to look for directions/Eircode to their address if we didn’t receive it beforehand, this ensure`s they receive their flowers. Sometimes the recipient may be at another location closer than the original delivery address and want the flowers sent there or want the flowers collected, in these circumstances we reserve the right to add additional flowers to the bouquet/arrangement to cover the difference in the delivery cost. This we have found to be very successful as not only do the recipients receive their flowers but their bouquet/arrangement is now of greater value so its bigger and fuller than before. Delivery charges are non-refundable if delivery was made or if nobody was home at the time of delivery.
All sales concluded at Flowers Forever are final. We provide a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement or bouquet must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required and it is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Flowers Forever. Delivery charges are non-refundable if delivery was made or if nobody was home at the time of delivery.
All cancellation requests must be submitted by calling +353 61 307123 at least 1 day (48 hours) prior to the delivery or shipping day.
